PROCESSING TIME
All orders are carefully packaged and processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING METHODS & RATES
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method:

- Delivery: 5-7 business days
- Cost: Calculated at checkout
📦 Standard Shipping
- Delivery: 3-5 business days
- Cost: Calculated at checkout
📦 Express Shipping
- Delivery: 1-2 business days
- Cost: Calculated at checkout
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at diazsjewelry@gmail.com.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Diaz's Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, and shipping carrier information. We encourage all customers to be aware of this risk and take appropriate precautions.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at diazsjewelry@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States at this time.
HOLIDAYS & PEAK SEASONS
During holidays and peak shopping seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended. We will do our best to notify you of any delays.
